We designed and produced the planning drawings for this striking detached house remodel. Seamless integration of original and new was critical to the success of this project.
A two-storey extension adds an extra double bedroom, en-suite, utility room, study and spacious entrance hall.
The entire downstairs was reconfigured to create an open-plan kitchen dining room leading to an airy family garden room. The elegant sitting room is separated from the everyday living spaces with a bespoke steel framed glazed partition with sliding doors.
